About the team
Bridging Imagination with Execution
We Built the Platform… We Couldn’t Find.
Contact UsWho We Are
The UES.IO team comes from enterprise software, regulated industries, and cloud infrastructure. We’ve spent careers building and maintaining the kinds of systems UES.IO is designed to support. The architectural decisions in the platform reflect what we’ve learned about what breaks, what endures, and what CTOs are actually responsible for.
Serial entrepreneurs with a history of scaling. Headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland, with teams across the US. Built for the regulatory environment of global enterprise from the ground up.
What We’re Building
Most enterprise platforms make one of two compromises: speed at the cost of control, or control at the cost of practicality. Quick wins become long-term liabilities. AI platforms that promised acceleration created new forms of lock-in to vendors, to models, to runtimes enterprises don’t own.
UES.IO exists because those tradeoffs are not inevitable. They are design failures. We built this platform to prove it.
Our Commitment
“We build for reliability, security, and scale. Every decision we make is grounded in responsible engineering practices and a long-term commitment to the organizations that depend on our platform.
The Team

Over the past decade, I have driven transformation for global organisations, scale-ups, and startups through growth, transition, and complex change. My work combines strategy definition and operational planning, technology strategy, AI-enabled business improvement, and senior leadership support to move teams from strategic intent to disciplined execution.
What differentiates me is a combination of international operating perspective, accredited executive coaching, and deep technology grounding. With a background in computer science, an international MBA, and continued executive education across fintech, leadership, and digital business (MIT Fintech, IMD Leadership), I work comfortably across board-level discussion, operational delivery, and technology-enabled transformation.
I have worked across AI, fintech, core banking, regtech, capital markets, and enterprise technology, supporting organisations from early-stage ventures to larger businesses in regulated environments.
